About the location:

This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 6 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including La Dame de Pic (French cuisine, 2*Michelin Star), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dinning, afternoon tea & bar).

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our Main Kitchen team.

What you will do:

• Consistently deliver outstanding culinary experiences that exceed guest expectations

• Adhere to established production, portioning, and presentation standards

• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations

• Support efforts to minimize food waste through effective planning and execution

• Mentor, coach, and support the growth and development of junior team members

What you bring:

• Proven culinary and supervisory experience, ideally within a luxury hotel environment

• A creative flair with the ability to bring energy and a personal touch to all food and beverage offerings

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire others
