Overview

Personal Assistants needed to help a 15-Year-old Girl covering 2-1 4hrs per week in school holidays HU7 area.

2 X PA are needed to work together to support a young female who is non-verbal but will make her needs known.

Responsibilities

• Always supervise and be aware that the girl has no sense of danger and minimise any risk from harm.
• Support with personal care, continence care, nappy change; the girl will lead by the hand to make her needs known and show where she wants to go.
• Assist with the use of a wheelchair when out in the community for safety.
• Help with getting ready for swimming and support when she comes out of the pool.
• Drive the girl around; provide vehicle access as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Any offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory DBS check, cost covered by employer.
