First Option Healthcare are a Complex Care provider who specialise in providing care to Children & Adults with Complex needs in their own home. You'll deliver personalised care to our clients to help maintain dignity & self-worth and promote independence.

We are looking for Healthcare Assistants or Nursery Nurses with caring / energetic personality who have a passion for supporting young people with learning disabilities In the community, to help look after a 17 year old female in her own home. You will work alongside an experienced Nurse whilst covering the day shifts on the package, based in Milton Keynes MK8

Shift Patterns:

• Days Only

Day Shifts:

• Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Adhoc Shifts Monday - Sunday)

Shift Times:

• 15:00 - 21:00 (Weekdays)
• 08:00 - 18:00 (Weekends)

Main Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with family members and other staff members
• Making sure care plans are followed and client dignity & respect is practiced
