• You are one of the points of contact for the sale of aircraft spare parts from AMAC Group stock to our clients and will respond over the phone and via email in line with your manager’s instruction.
• Respond to customer sales enquiries allocated to you (RFQ’s) as soon as reasonably possible.
• Expedite open sales orders, purchase orders and repair orders to achieve on time delivery.
• Process Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Exchange Orders, Repair Orders in accordance with Company procedures.
• Support customer AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations effectively and in a speedy manner and join AOG Rota once training is complete.
• Review and chase Customer quotes in line with your department’s targets.
• You should co-ordinate with shipping agents when necessary.
• Follow up with customer satisfaction surveys when required.
• Demonstrate, develop, and maintain excellent stakeholder/supplier relationships with people at all levels.
• Adhere to Gamit Limited’s processes and procedures.
• Understand and adhere to Export Control regulations where relevant (Training provided).
• Liaise with Accounts Department for invoicing queries and follow up when required
• Overlap and assist other colleagues when required in the department according to any immediate requirement
• Work within the company ISO9001 and ISO27001 management systems and contribute to continuous improvement of both systems.
• Any other tasks requested by management.

• Additional qualities of the ideal candidate for this position will be to be highly motivated, flexible, outgoing and persuasive, a team player and has a success-orientated personality.
• Familiar with communicating with people worldwide who speak English as a second language. Ability to present our customers with the best service and solution at that point. Any second languages may be an advantage.
• On the Job Training will be provided by our team.

• GCSE Math’s and English at C grade.
• Aerospace related qualifications or experience would be an advantage.
• Familiar with Microsoft office software.
• Clean driver’s license and passport.
• Experience in customer facing roles.
