Pay Rate: £13,780
Grade: O
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 20 hours per week, 3 On, 6 Off (can start as early as 3am and as late as 11pm)
Location: Bristol Airport

We're now looking for a Customer Service Colleague to play an integral role at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every flight is a success.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
  • Checking passenger travel documentation at check‑in area and boarding gate for acceptance
  • Representing the airline and providing an exceptional level of customer service, making the passengers journey positively memorable
  • Consistently delivering the highest customer service
  • Reinforcing rules for oversized luggage, ensuring the correct fees apply if the size/weight is over allowance
  • Assisting passengers during flight disruptions (delays, cancellations), overbooking and any other incidence
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence (essential)
  • Can work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Are confident dealing with challenging situations
  • Work well within a team and have excellent communication skills
  • Are willing to attend a medical appointment
SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL

To obtain a full airside ID, you must:

  • Be able to provide five years' address history
  • Be able to provide five years' reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
  • Pass a pre‑employment Drug and Alcohol test
