A leading supply chain firm in the UK is seeking a Supply Planner to support supply planning activities. This hybrid fixed-term role involves managing inventory levels, collaborating with various departments, and maintaining supplier relationships to ensure effective production scheduling. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, good excel proficiency, and excellent communication capabilities. Previous experience in supply chain management is appreciated but not mandatory.
Qualifications
- Experience in supply planning or supply chain management welcome, but not necessary.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data sets.
- Good excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups.
Responsabilités
- Oversee and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Work closely with procurement, operations, and customer service.
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks in the supply chain.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers for compliance and delivery.
