A leading logistics firm is seeking a Transport Admin Clerk in Stoke-On-Trent. You will pre and debrief drivers, allocate resources using Microlise, and ensure paperwork accuracy. The ideal candidate should have effective communication skills and familiarity with Excel and transport admin processes. Qualifications

  • Previous Transport and Admin-related experience is an advantage.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
  • Pre and debrief drivers
  • Allocation of driver, vehicles and trailer on Microlise
  • Printing paperwork and making sure paperwork is accurate to the office board and plan
  • Allocation of units to drivers
  • Making sure risk assessments are put in drivers packs and are up to date
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
  • Being able to communicate effectively
  • Use of Excel, Teams and CTMS Systems
  • Previous Transport and Admin related experience is desirable but not a must
