We're now looking for an Operations Manager to lead large-scale warehouse and CoPack operations, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and customer engagement while taking full P&L ownership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Lead and oversee Warehouse and CoPack operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant processes.
  • Drive a Safety First culture, managing health and safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage operational KPIs, resource planning, and performance tracking to meet customer and business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for operational matters and service delivery.
  • Lead and develop your team through succession planning, performance management, and engagement programs.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
  • A strategic operational leader with strong commercial acumen and experience managing large, complex warehouse operations.
  • Someone with P&L ownership experience, capable of identifying growth opportunities and shaping the future direction of the site.

  • A customer‑centric communicator with proven ability to build trust and deliver exceptional service in partnership with clients.
