A global asset management firm is looking to hire a product specialist to focus on ESG investing as they continue to enhance their reputation as a leader in responsible and sustainable investing.

Key responsibilities:

1. Point of contact for sustainable investment related queries across equity and fixed income fund range
2. Conduct ESG research, integration and climate analysis
3. Assist with engagement activities
4. Produce thought-leadership pieces on thematic ESG topics
5. Create marketing materials and content in order to articulate sustainable credentials of the strategies
6. Respond to client queries relating to ESG issues
7. Assist Portfolio Managers and Equity Analysts on ad-hoc analysis and projects on market trends, competitive positioning and portfolio analysis
8. Participate in meetings with consultants, existing clients and prospects
9. Primary interface between the investment team and Sales & Marketing teams

Candidate Requirements:

1. 2-4 years’ relevant experience in an ESG/Sustainable investment focused role
2. Ideally working towards CFA qualification
3. Excellent academic qualifications, educated to degree level at a leading University, with a minimum of a 2:1 classification
4. Strong communication and presentation skills
5. Passion for sustainable investing
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
7. Can-do attitude and enjoy working in a collegial environment
