Qualifications

• Proven experience in a commercial claims environment, coordinating stakeholders including solicitors and loss adjusters.
• In-depth understanding of civil and criminal Legal Regulations.
• Ability to interpret claims data and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement bespoke service strategies for clients.
• Proactively manage claims from notification to resolution.
• Support clients in the claims process and review claim validity.
