Salary: £32,000 + Excellent Benefits
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide 1st and 2nd line support across the business for hardware and software issues
Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers
Administer and enhance Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, and Azure services
Maintain up-to-date documentation of systems and IT processes
Support the implementation of IT policies and procedures
What Experience is Required
Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365 applications
Experience with hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Understanding of networking concepts including LAN/WAN/WLAN
