As a Software Engineer, you'll be a key part of a collaborative team exploring the cutting edge of what's possible, with a special focus on Agentic AI. This is a role for a curious and creative problem-solver who is eager to learn, grow, and make a tangible impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate and Understand: Work closely with our business teams to understand their goals and challenges. Translate their needs into technical opportunities.
  • Experiment and Innovate: Contribute to the design and rapid prototyping of new AI-driven ideas. We encourage an experimental mindset where we learn quickly from both successes and failures.
  • Build and Develop: Help build and maintain production-ready solutions, with a focus on creating smart systems and AI agents that automate tasks and solve complex problems.
  • Grow with the Product: Be actively involved in the full product development lifecycle—from initial brainstorming and data pipeline construction to helping ensure our final systems are robust, scalable, and well-governed.
  • Create and Showcase: Develop user interfaces and interactive demos to share our progress and gather feedback from key stakeholders.
Experience and Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Experience with software engineering best practices such as writing clean, maintainable code and automated testing
  • A keen interest in Large Language Models (LLMs) and a desire to learn about agentic AI frameworks
  • Hands-on experience building or orchestrating data pipelines
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

Job Qualifications
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, or Statistics

  • Proactive and motivated learner with good analytical skills
  • Fluency in English (written and oral)
