Second Charge Mortgage Broker
Job summary
A leading property finance company based in London is seeking an experienced Second Charge Mortgage Broker. Candidates should have at least 18 months of experience advising on second charge mortgages and demonstrate strong verbal and numerical skills alongside being motivated and organised. This role offers a competitive salary range of £35k-£50k, depending on experience, with uncapped commission that provides a realistic OTE of £75k-£125k. - Ability to manage cases from initial lead qualification through to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Second Charge Mortgage Broker with at least 18 months of experience of advising on second charge mortgages.
- Minimum 18 months experience of advising on second charge mortgages – taking case from initial lead qualification through to completion.
- Motivated and highly organised.
- Strong verbal and numerical skills, confident in client interactions.
- Detail-oriented and commercially aware.
- CF1 or full/part CeMAP qualification beneficial but not essential.
- Proficient in proofreading and professional communication.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
£35 - £50k (Depending on experience) + Uncapped Commission
Realistic OTE £75k - £125k.
