What you will do:

• Liaise closely with the Allied Health Professionals (AHP) Lead and Principal AHP to review any requests for dysphagia assessments and provide specialised input.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to share expert knowledge and guidance on managing patients with swallowing difficulties.
• Offer advice and support concerning communication needs, where capacity allows.
• Ensure effective communication and follow-up with service users and their care teams to provide top-quality care.
• Travel as needed; therefore, a valid driving licence is required.
