Job summary

A luxury wellness hotel in St Albans is searching for Full-Time Spa Therapists to provide high-quality therapeutic and beauty treatments. The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy or equivalent and demonstrate a passion for customer service and teamwork. Full-TimeSpa Therapists:£24,000 - £31,000 per annum based on experience

Your country home from home, Sopwell House is a luxury, family-owned Georgian country house hotel set within 12 acres of beautiful Hertfordshire countryside. At the heart of our exceptional offering is The Cottonmill, a multi-million-pound spa development. This stunning spa combines cutting-edge facilities with serene design, creating a truly transformative wellness experience for our guests.

Your role in our family:

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic, holistic, and beauty treatments
• Provide tailored consultations and treatment recommendations
• Ensure exceptional guest experience from start to finish
• Maintain a clean, safe, and serene treatment environment
• Work collaboratively with a supportive, growing team
• Promote wellness products and additional services
• Uphold hygiene and professional standards at all times
• Keep accurate client records and treatment notes
• Support the development of new treatments and experiences
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development

• You hold a Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy or Holistic Therapy, with a solid understanding of a wide range of treatments.
• Your confident, friendly nature instantly puts guests at ease and creates a positive, calming environment.
