Job summary
An established law firm in the United Kingdom is looking for a Corporate Solicitor to manage an existing caseload in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, be qualified, and able to work autonomously. This position offers a market rate salary and benefits, including private medical. Regular team meetings will be held remotely.

Your role will involve:
- Dealing with share and asset disposal and acquisitions
- Shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, partnership and LLPagreements
- Corporate finance
- Be active in relationship building with existing clients and referrers
