Key Responsibilities of the Family Solicitor role :

As the FamilySupervising Solicitoryou will be taking on a leadership role within a supportive and progressive environment and have experience in the following areas of family and childcare law :

• Private Law Proceedings – Children’s Law
• Public Law Outline and Care Proceedings
• Non-Molestation Orders / Occupation Orders
• Domestic Abuse
• General family matters
• Divorce and financial settlements

Ideal Candidate for the Family Solicitorposition : :

The successful Family Solicitor candidate will ideally have :

• A minimum of 3 years’ PQE
• Proven ability to lead and supervise a growing team
• A client following (preferred)
• A driven attitude towards networking and generating new business opportunities
• Children Panel Accreditation or have a willingness to work towards panel accreditation
• Understanding of Legal aid
