You’ll join a collaborative team working from a modern office with excellent infrastructure and an established local client base. This role offers you the opportunity to handle a varied caseload of residential transactions, from initial instruction through to post-completion. You’ll manage all stages of residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters. You’ll communicate directly with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties, maintaining a proactive, professional approach to ensure transactions proceed smoothly. You’ll take ownership of your workload, meeting deadlines while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining exceptional client care.

You’re a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with a passion for helping clients through major life events. You have strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, excellent attention to detail, and a calm, reassuring manner. You work efficiently under pressure, can manage multiple cases, and are confident using case management software and digital platforms. Whether you’re developing your expertise or already an experienced practitioner, you’re committed to delivering high standards of service.

• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a current practising certificate

• Experience handling residential conveyancing matters from start to finish

• Strong understanding of freehold, leasehold, remortgage, and transfer of equity procedures

• Confident using modern case management software (e.g. LEAP, Proclaim)

• Knowledge of Help to Buy, shared ownership, and new build schemes

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
