Residential Property Solicitor, 7+ Years PQE, Tyne & Wear, £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE).

Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor looking for a new challenge? This could be the role for you!

• Manage a varied and busy residential property caseload.
• Experience of the Land Registry Portal is essential.
• Supervising more junior members of a team would be advantageous.
• Contribute to the success of both the department and the firm through business development and marketing efforts.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication, attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• This reputable firm has a large property department that provides a comprehensive range of residential property law services.

• Minimum of 7 Years PQE in Residential Property law.
• Experience of the Land Registry Portal is essential.
• Supervisory experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and teamwork skills.
