Position: Commercial Property Solicitor

Location: West London

Salary: £45k-£75k

PQE: Minimum 3+ years

Type: Full‑Time

Our client is a boutique specialist property law firm renowned for its expertise in commercial property law. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional legal services to a diverse clientele, including developers, corporate entities, asset managers, trust companies and HNW.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on commercial property transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate leases, contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence and risk assessments for property acquisitions and disposals.
  • Landlord and tenant management work, i.e. dealing with licence to assign, licences to underlet and licences to alter.
  • New commercial leases (acting for landlord and tenants on the grant of new leases).
  • Acting for borrower and lender in respect of purchases and refi­nances / new loans.
  • Advise clients on Section 106 agreements.
  • Understanding of VAT elected property.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve favourable outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
  • Qualified solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
  • Experience in commercial property law.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cases and deliver client satisfaction.
