We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Employment Solicitor to join our clients Windsor office, providing a first-class service to private clients in the area of Industrial Disease. This role offers the opportunity to manage your own caseload while working closely with Partners and Senior Solicitors on complex and high-value matters.
Manage your own employment law caseload, acting for claimants in both litigated and non-litigated matters.
Handle a variety of cases, including Settlement Agreements.
Provide legal advice to Union Officers via the Advice Line as required.
Adhere to procedural and funding guideline time limits, ensuring compliance at all times.
Support Partners and Senior Solicitors in delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
Develop an understanding of financial file management including WIP, disbursements, billing, and profitability, and work to meet or exceed set targets.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
