Key Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of litigation matters, including Insolvency disputes, Property litigation, Debt recovery, Breach of contract claims
• Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Manage all aspects of litigation processes, including drafting legal documents, liaising with clients, and attending court when necessary.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate in England and Wales.
• Proven experience in litigation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload
