Full time hours on a temporary basis

• We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Lawyer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, property litigation, professional negligence, and debt recovery.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution
  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements
  • Represent clients in court and at mediation or arbitration
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
