Residential Property Lawyer - Exeter

Our client is a dynamic and successful Devon-based firm which has experienced exceptional growth over the past few years. They have ambitious plans for the future and this opportunity is perfect for a bright and committed lawyer who wants to make a mark in a vibrant, modern and award-winning firm.

Due to continued growth, they have an opening for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join them in their Exeter office to bolster their thriving property team.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proven experience of working in a conveyancing team as a fee earner and be confident in independently managing their own caseload.

The role will involve independently handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion. You will be expected to handle a busy caseload of a mix of residential conveyancing matters, including but not limited to, sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, first registrations and transfers of equity.

You should have excellent IT and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

You will have the opportunity to play an active role in business development and be encouraged to network and market to generate new business.
