A well-established London Local Authority is seeking a Civil Litigation Lawyer for a locum contract. This role offers hybrid working with an ASAP start, and requires strong experience in various civil litigation matters, particularly property litigation. Sellick Partnership is pleased to be recruiting for a locum Civil Litigation Lawyer on behalf of a well-established London Local Authority.

The council is offering an initial 3 month contract but has said this is likely to be extended on a rolling basis pending permanent recruitment. This role is full-time, and the successful candidate will ideally be able to attend the office once per fortnight.

This role will be the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to deal with a variety of civil litigation work, and has strong experience dealing with property litigation matters.

The Civil Litigation Lawyer will likely deal with the following:

  • Dilapidations
  • Lease extension disputes and negotiations
  • Contractual disputes
  • Debt recovery
  • Judicial review
  • Claims for disabilities

The successful candidate is required to be a fully qualified Lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister or CILEx).
