Overview

Are you an exceptional Patent Attorney who enjoys thinking strategically and working in a collaborative manner with colleagues and peers alike? Are you passionate about utilising your technical excellence to deliver a first-class service to clients of all sizes and scale?

You are a CPA and EPA qualified Attorney with a specialism in Biotechnology and Life Sciences, looking for a move to a firm that can offer greater visibility with clients, and wider scope of technology too. The number of years PQE is less important than your approach to advising clients and supporting work colleagues in a positive manner.

Responsibilities
  • Handle contentious areas of IP with confidence and contribute to the life cycle of a product by understanding how IP and regulatory data protection affect it.
  • Engage in business development activities, client pitches, and network to support growth of the team.
  • Collaborate across multiple practice groups to deliver high-value work for a broad range of clients who care about their IP.
  • Build long-standing, committed client relationships with a commercial focus on the IP profession.
Qualifications & Skills
  • CPA and EPA qualified Attorney with a specialism in Biotechnology and Life Sciences.
  • Approach-focused on advising clients and supporting colleagues in a positive manner; PQE is less important than the right approach.
  • Interest in business development, marketing, and networking with the ability to contribute to client pitches and firm growth.
  • Motivated with long-term career aspirations and a genuine interest in business development.
