* Carry out all servicing in accordance with company procedures and system requirements, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
* Identify problems or issues and resolve them by sourcing appropriate solutions.
* Utilize broad industry knowledge of products and standards, as each installation is client-specific.
* Complete all relevant documentation accurately, including site paperwork, expense forms, and timesheets.
Experience in the following areas is desirable:
- Fully qualified Alarm Engineers or qualified electricians with Fire Alarm service experience.
- Working knowledge of BS 5839-1 & 6:2017 and fire alarm software (Morley, Kentec, Advanced).
- Valid UK Driving License, CSCS/ECS card, preferably FIA.
Position details:
