• Provide expert guidance and support to clients based on best practices and evidence-based approaches.
• Lead the development and implementation of service delivery strategies and programs.
• Mentor and supervise junior practitioners, providing constructive feedback and support for professional growth.
• Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored intervention plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services provided, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients and their families.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, policies, and regulations to ensure compliance and improve service delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of direct experience in practice-related roles.
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in the field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to assess client needs and develop appropriate intervention strategies.Experience in leading teams or projects, with effective mentoring skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and maintain positive relationships.

Hours Per Week: 18.50
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £30.13
Location: Cardiff, Cardiff County
