Job summary
A well-established engineering firm is seeking a motivated individual to lead the establishment and growth of its Guernsey operation. The ideal candidate will have a civil engineering background and experience in business development, with a track record of delivering projects on budget and on time. - Act as ambassador in meetings with stakeholders.

Our client is a well established company delivering structural and engineering solutions to a wide range of commercial clients. For their new Guernsey operation, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead the establishment and growth of this operation.
- Lead the establishment and growth of the Guernsey operation.
- Utilise a civil engineering/structural background with a track record of successfully delivering projects for clients on budget, in time and with impeccable standards of service.
- Apply business development skills and, ideally, knowledge of the Guernsey commercial sector and its current requirements.
- Act as a credible ambassador for the company when presenting to industry stakeholders in key meetings and during the construction process.
- Civil engineering/structural background with a history of delivering projects to clients on budget and on time.
- Business development skills are essential; knowledge of the Guernsey commercial sector is preferred.
- Experience of the construction industry to credibly represent the company in meetings with industry stakeholders.
