The Role

• Cover Supervisor - Permanent
• Grade 5 (Points 7 – 11)
• 31.65 hours (8.30am – 3.20pm)
• 39 weeks of the year (Term Time only plus INSET days)
• £19,496 - £20,780 Actual Salary
• Location: Dormston School, Mill Bank, Dudley, West Midlands, DY3 1SN

We are looking for a Cover Supervisor to support our established team in maintaining high standards and expectations of our students in the absences of class teachers.

The role of Cover Supervisor supports across all subject areas in the school to ensure consistency in lessons and management of student behaviour. The successful candidate will cover lessons on a day-to-day basis dependent on the school’s cover needs each day. When not covering lessons, they will support as necessary by supporting our Inclusion Hub and Behaviour Welfare teams as well as ad hoc administration needs. We are seeking an applicant who wishes to help support across the school as well as ensure Dormston School students get the best possible learning experience.
