Cover Supervisor - Secondary School in Cirencester

• Supervise classes during teacher absences, maintaining a calm and focused learning environment
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a variety of subjects
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and follow school policies
• Support students with their learning and encourage active participation
• Liaise with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning

• Experience working with young people in an educational or youth setting
• Confident in managing classroom behaviour and engaging students
• Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different subjects and age groups
• Familiar with the Cirencester area and local transport routes
