Pay: £90 £110 per day Flexible, term-time work

We are a specialist education recruitment agency partnering with secondary schools across the region. We support youth workers stepping into the classroom as cover supervisors giving you the chance to engage with young people in a school setting, without the full burden of lesson planning or marking.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise classes using pre-prepared lesson materials in the absence of the teacher.
  • Maintain order, manage behaviour, and ensure a safe, productive learning environment
  • Support students with questions during tasks
  • Report on class progress, behaviour, and any issues to teaching staff
  • Occasionally assist with exam invigilation, extra-curricular duties or other school support tasks.
