Job: Cover supervisor

Location: Swindon

Salary: 90to 120 per day
Start: ASAP

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Empowering Learning is working closely with a group of secondary, primary and send schools in Swindon which caters for a wide range of pupils and age groups.

Requirements

The desired Cover supervisors will have.

• Ability to relate well to children and adults and communicate effectively at all levels
• Ability to deal effectively with students presenting challenging behaviour using de-escalation techniques as appropriate
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
• Knowledge and experience of behaviour management and restorative strategies
• Experienced and comfortable with children
• Having a driving licence is desirable for this role
