A facilities management company is seeking a Site Supervisor in Rugby to manage service delivery on a large industrial site. The ideal candidate will have a background in facilities management or engineering, strong health and safety knowledge, and excellent organisational skills. This position provides an opportunity to transition into a leadership role in a stable environment.
Competenze
- Strong organisational skills and experience managing work orders.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Proactive and confident in managing teams.
Mansioni
- Act as the main site contact for day-to-day service delivery.
- Manage work orders and issue permits to work.
- Support FM with planning and compliance tasks.
- Review RAMS and maintain safety records.

We're looking for a Site Supervisor to join a well-known facilities management business on a large industrial site in Rugby. This role would suit a Site Supervisor or Facilities Coordinator with strong organisational and health & safety skills who's confident managing work orders, and permits.
- Acting as the main site contact for day-to-day service delivery
- Managing work orders, and issuing permits to work
- Supporting the FM with planning, scheduling, and compliance tasks
- Reviewing RAMS, maintaining records, and ensuring safe systems of work
- A background in facilities management or engineering
- Strong understanding of health and safety (IOSH or NEBOSH preferred)
- Organised, proactive, and confident liaising with engineers and contractors
- Computer literate with experience using CAFM/CMMS systems
- Ideally electrical bias, but not essential
This is a great opportunity for a Site Supervisor or engineer looking to step off the tools and into a more office-based, leadership role within a stable FM environment.
