Job summary
A leading facilities management company in Sheffield is looking for a supervisor to oversee cleaning operations, ensuring compliance with client specifications. The ideal candidate must have experience in a cleaning environment and excellent communication skills, alongside a right to work in the UK. Responsibilities include conducting quality audits and managing stock orders. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards and fostering a positive business relationship with clients.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a cleaning environment.
- Must have right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Supervise cleaning operations to meet contract resource levels.
- Provide weekly/monthly stock orders.
- Conduct weekly quality audits on premises.
- Develop business relationships with client's representatives.
- Assist with recruitment and training of new colleagues.
Skills
- To supervise cleaning operations, ensuring that the client specification/cleaning requirements are met and set contract resource levels are being adhered to.
- To provide weekly/monthly stock orders.
- To carry out weekly quality audits of the premises on a rota basis to ensure standards are meeting the required specification.
- To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client's representatives, promoting the Company and development of services.
- To help with the recruitment and training of new colleagues in the team.
- Must have right to work in the UK.
- Experience working in a cleaning environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- An understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organisation methods and troubleshooting.
