A vibrant pub establishment in Basingstoke is looking for a Supervisor to join their team. You will support the team in delivering exceptional customer service, manage daily operations, and be a role model to staff. We’re on the lookout for a Supervisor to join our team!

- Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
- Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
- Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
- Be a role model for customer service
- Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
- Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
