Are you a customer service professional looking for a new opportunity in corporate reception? We are currently recruiting for a Reception Team Leader to oversee our small team who take care of the front of house services at a well-known global professional financial body, based at the iconic walkie‑talkie building, 20 Fenchurch Street.
Although this is a leadership position, where you will have full managerial duties to one Receptionist, it is also a very hands‑on role where you will be fully operationally involved.
You will have constant opportunities to show off your genuinely friendly and positive personality when welcoming visitors and staff, as well as managing the company's switchboard and inbox. Your multitasking and organisation skills will kick in when you are managing meeting rooms and assisting with event coordination. Finally, your fab admin skills will be put to the test when you are updating statistics, folders, manuals and many other admin related projects.
