Qualifications

  • Extensive experience as a Site Engineer or Electrical Supervisor for a main contractor.
  • Previous experience in the water industry.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain excellent working relationships with the customer and their representatives.
  • Identify and resolve site issues to ensure project delivery.
  • Manage and mentor junior staff and conduct annual appraisals.
  • Ensure project works comply with contract specifications.

They are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee the technical viability of project works and support various initiatives across health and safety, quality, environmental, and commercial management. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and work on a variety of exciting projects.

Electrical Supervisor Responsibilities
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with the customer, their representatives, and advisors.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues on-site to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Manage and mentor junior staff, including conducting annual appraisals and ensuring their professional development.
  • Ensure that all project works comply with the contract specifications and drawings, maintaining appropriate records for confirmation.
What's needed to be successful as an Electrical Supervisor
  • Degree / NVQ (or equivalent) in electrical subject – Essential
  • Extensive experience as a Site Engineer or Electrical Supervisor for a main contractor – Essential
  • Previous experience in the water industry - Essential
  • Appropriate CSCS/ECS Card
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
Remuneration / Package
  • £60,000 basic salary
  • Car allowance
