A healthcare organization in Westcliff-On-Sea is looking for a Receptionist/Administration and Data Input Officer to provide vital support for vulnerable patients and handle administrative services. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of one year in administration and customer service experience, along with data entry skills. You will be responsible for face-to-face patient support, maintaining the frailty register and helping with front-of-house duties. This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Receptionist/Administration and Data Input Officer within EPUT, based at The Harland Centre, Westcliff‑On‑Sea. The role will predominantly be based at The Harland Centre and then cover various sites throughout our region in a reception capacity, also providing administrative services at our Rochford Hub.
The Harland Centre helps older adults with mental health problems, including dementia, by offering assessments, treatment and ongoing care to improve their well‑being and quality of life.
Band: 3
Salary: £24,937 to £26,598 per annum
