An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Receptionist/Administration and Data Input Officer within EPUT, based at The Harland Centre, Westcliff‑On‑Sea. The role will predominantly be based at The Harland Centre and then cover various sites throughout our region in a reception capacity, also providing administrative services at our Rochford Hub.

The Harland Centre helps older adults with mental health problems, including dementia, by offering assessments, treatment and ongoing care to improve their well‑being and quality of life.

• Provide face‑to‑face support for vulnerable patients, making and receiving patient telephone calls.
• Accurate and timely data entry to maintain our frailty register, ensuring compliance.
• Offer on‑site reception support, including front‑of‑house duties and administrative assistance for wider services.
• Handle queries from multidisciplinary clinical staff, service users and managers in a polite and efficient manner.
• Balance structured data tasks with dynamic service support while maintaining excellent communication skills.

• Minimum 1 year experience in administration.
• Customer service experience.
• IT experience.
• Data entry experience.

• Experience within NHS administration or customer service.

• GCSE Grade 5 minimum or equivalent.

• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to multitask.

• Familiarity with SystmOne or Mobius.

• 27 days holiday, plus bank holidays, rising to 33 days after 10 years' service.
