Qualifications

• Proven experience working on Payroll and/or Time & Attendance projects.
• Proven experience in a Business Analyst role across multi-discipline programmes.
• Proven ability to manage financial and operational controls within project boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Work with HR stakeholders to identify business requirements for payroll initiatives.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing for new processes and systems.
• Contribute to change management and communication activities for new functionalities.

Skills

Knowledge of end-to-end Payroll and Time & Attendance processes

Knowledge of SAP products (e.g., SuccessFactors)

Deep understanding of change disciplines (e.g., Agile)

Sound knowledge of LEAN
