- Oversee site security, maintenance, and general upkeep of the school buildings and grounds
- Carry out minor repairs and routine compliance checks
- Liaise with external contractors and manage on-site work
- Ensure health & safety procedures are followed and records maintained
- Open/lock the site as required and respond to any urgent call-outs
- Previous experience in a similar role - ideally within a school or educational setting
- Sound knowledge of premises management and basic maintenance
- Strong awareness of health & safety regulations
- A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
