MEP Site Manager / Electrical or Mechanical bias, 9 months work, Tier 1 contractor, commercial build

Your new company

A large building contractor with a commercial build scheme in North Leeds is looking for an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Site Manager to oversee the M&E aspect of the project due for completion in summer 2026.

Your new role

• Day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to: Managing subcontractors, dealing with CPP and RAMS approval for subcontractors, liaising with the client, setting up of site, welfare, area and site cabins, keeping documented site files, delivering pre-start briefs to operatives, dealing with day-to-day site issues, weekly site audits, receive documents to log into the site file from subcontractors. Ensure the project is delivered accurately, safely, and on time.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will be from a M&E background and have managed multimillion-pound construction projects previously. You will have valid SMSTS, First aid and CSCS
