Overview

A new opportunity for a Senior Site Supervisor (Structures) with a tier 1 Civil Engineering Contractor in Gloucester on a 4+ year Highways & Infrastructure contract.

This leading tier 1 civil engineering contractor offers variety and consistency in workload, alongside opportunities to progress across the group both in the UK & Europe.

Responsibilities

The Senior Site Supervisor will involve the planning, delivery, and management of structural maintenance and improvement schemes across the highways network. Working closely with the client, design and delivery teams the role will ensure you are challenged, stimulated and have the opportunity to showcase your management and delivery skills.

Qualifications

• A professional qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Prior experience managing highways structures projects (bridges, retaining walls, culverts, or similar)
• Good organisational, leadership, and project management skills
• Proactive with strong commercial awareness
