Overview

Retrofit Site Manager - Leading Energy Efficiency Projects - Plymouth

We're working with a forward-thinking construction and sustainability business that specialises in delivering innovative retrofit and energy efficiency solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Retrofit Site Manager to take ownership of a diverse range of projects across the South West, helping to shape a greener future.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of retrofit projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Oversee installations such as insulation, windows/doors, low-carbon heating, and energy systems.
  • Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
  • Manage and support site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve technical excellence and outstanding results.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, ensure quality control, and champion health and safety on all projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, and project stakeholders.
About You
  • Proven track record in Retrofit Site Management, particularly with EWI and fabric measures.
  • SMSTS, IOSH Managing Safely, and CSCS Managers qualifications.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, regulations, and energy-saving technologies.
  • Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and managing site administration.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and project management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Project.
  • Relevant driving licence.
