Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day operations on the site.
• Responsible for driving the program and delivering quality products for customers.
• Responsibility for all health and safety and NHBC related activity on site.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
• Providing leadership and mentoring to the site team, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance.
• Ensuring first-class customer service through walkarounds / handovers.

Qualifications

• A proven track record delivering new build construction projects.
• Strong management skills to demonstrate confidence and comfort when liaising with all relevant stakeholders.
• Up to date SMSTS and First Aid certificates, Black CSCS Card and understanding of the NHBC /LABC/Premier standards.
