A leading ICT supplier in Caerphilly is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to provide expert support and manage technical solutions for Managed Service customers. The role requires excellent communication skills and extensive experience with Microsoft technologies, including Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and virtualisation technologies. This is an on-site position with potential travel involved.

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will be crucial in providing expert-level support, managing escalations, and leading complex technical solutions for their Managed Service customers. This role demands excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes.
The role operates within a shift pattern between 0700 to 1800 daily, with occasional weekend and public holiday working. Additional hours may be required for the proper performance of duties. Participation in an on-call rota for remote out-of-hours technical support is also expected.
