Job Title: Site Manager - Weekend Cover (Hospital Project)
Location: Boston

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to provide weekend cover on a hospital-based construction site in Boston.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations on a hospital-based construction site during weekend hours.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and drive safe working practices.
• Maintain clear communication between trades and management during weekend working hours.

Requirements

• Valid SMSTS
• CSCS card
• First Aid qualification
• Previous experience managing construction activities on live or sensitive sites (hospital/healthcare preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Compensation

Competitive rates of pay (umbrella PAYE only)
