Job Description

Job Title: Site Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance
Location: Derby/ Projects
Sector: Drylining

Are you an experienced drylining Site Manager?
Do you want to work for a business who are backed by a large contractor?

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well funded large contractor who are delivering projects across the UK for a tier 1 contractor client base. Projects can include student accommodations, hotels, apartments & schools.

You will be solely responsible for all drylining packages across each project, being the go-to on any technical queries on site. A role that can offer career progression into Project Manager in the future, being at the forefront of all drylining activities!

We would welcome conversations with Site Managers who:

1. Have an extensive background in managing drylining packages
2. Are able to manage teams of subcontractors on site
3. Can read from construction drawings and provide technical feedback
4. Will be willing to travel nationally for projects when required
5. Hold valid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid certificates
6. Possess strong communication skills across all levels
