In this role, you will provide senior operational support across all Fitness to Practise legal functions, working closely with the Head of Fitness to Practise Legal Services. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of business processes, governance, risk management, and compliance, while overseeing performance, reporting, and data analysis. The role involves close coordination with external legal providers and maintaining effective casework and financial management.
The organisation is seeking a candidate with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role and experience in business support or management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate skills in project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to make informed, evidence based decisions. You should have experience in managing people and resources, supporting team development, and driving excellent performance. A solid understanding of professional regulation, along with the ability to apply policies effectively within a regulatory framework, is also essential.
