We're seeking Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to support a growing engineering team. • Salary of c£55k

4 on 4 off Shifts - Days and Nights (12 hour) 06.30 - 18.30 and 18.30 - 06.30 (blocks of 4)

• Deliver hands-on engineering support to keep production running smoothly
• Perform both reactive and planned maintenance on plant and equipment
• Keep maintenance records up to date using our CMMS system
• Work closely with production to meet daily performance goals
• Follow safety and repair best practices at all times
• Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives

• Time-served/apprenticeship-trained engineer
• Relevant engineering qualifications (C&G/NVQ Level 3 or ONC/HNC preferred)
• Strong mechanical or electrical skillset
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Positive, proactive mindset and a team player
