Overview

Security Service Engineer (CCTV, Access Control & Intruder Alarms) - London & UK Travel - £40,000-£48,000 Basic (OTE £58,000+)

• Basic Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 per annum (OTE £58,000+)
• Full-Time, Permanent Position
• Location: Primarily London (within the M25)
• Company vehicle, laptop & mobile phone provided
• Travel paid door-to-door (minus 1 hour)
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (40 hours per week, 1-hour lunch break)

Our client is an independent, privately-owned company with over 25 years of experience. They design, install, maintain, and support high-level CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems across the UK and Europe.

As a trusted security partner, they provide clients with expert advice, the latest technology, and a professional service that ensures an outstanding client experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)
• System takeovers and full documentation
• Fault-finding, callouts, and repairs
• Providing technical support to customers (remote & on-site)
• User training and small works
• Site surveys
• Participation in on-call rota (1 in 6)

Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the security industry
• Proficient knowledge of:
• Access Control - Gallagher, Avigilon, Paxton, Maxxess
• CCTV - Avigilon, Milestone, Hanwha, IDIS
• Intruder Alarms - Texecom, Galaxy
• Strong technical knowledge of IP networks
• Excellent communication skills
• Full UK driving licence (Essential)
